This stylish black velvet dress from M&S has a scoop neckline to the front, button & tab fastening to the back of the neck with a keyhole detail underneath, and short sleeves. The yoke & sleeves are made from a black floral lace whilst the body of the dress is made from a thick velvet / velor fabric. It is paneled design for a tailored fit and the material flares from the waist to hem for a flattering A-Line look.
Based on the dress I measured, the length is approximately 40" from shoulder to hem when laid flat, but the length may vary from dress to dress.
