Dorothy Perkins Smart V-Neck Roll-Up Sleeve Blouse

Its' flattering design includes a v-neckline with a frilled mandarin collar, pleated bodice, tie back to enable you to tailor the fit to suit you, and versatile sleeves which can be rolled up to elbow length and fastened with tie and button or rolled down to a 3/4 arm.
